U-uh, Excuse me, kupo? What's your name, kupo?
Yuna stopped for a moment, looking at the Moogle quite curiously. This one looked a little unusual, at least, in comparison to the ones she had seen before. It even started to speak, something she wasn’t even aware Moogles could do.
“Me?” she asked, looking around for someone else it could be speaking too. There wasn’t anyone around…. She turned back to the Moogle and gave it a kind smile. “My name is Yuna. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”
Is that what everyone calls you, kupo?
She nodded. “Most people anyways. Rikku calls me Yunie, however that is as much deviation as I’ve gotten.”
That's a great name for a girl, kupo! You... are a girl, aren't you, kupo?
Yuna laughed lightly. “Well, thank you.” she then looked down at herself upon hearing the Moogle’s question. She would have assumed her clothing would have given away her gender easily… maybe it was just very confused, poor thing. “Yes, I am female, you are correct.”
O-of course! I was just... messing around, kupo! Ahem. Anyway, kupo. Uh. How old are you, kupo?
“Hm. I may not look it, but I’m 19 years old.” she answered, placing her hands on her hips.
Really? Everyone lately seems to be strange, kupo... so... no offense...but what species are you, kupo?
She slightly tilted her head, again, confused by the lack of a nicer word, intelligence, this poor thing had. “I’m a human.”
I knew that... It's just this light in here, kupo... my eyes can't focus... what do you look like, kupo?
Yuna was starting to get a little worried about the Moogle, although, bad eyesight would explain a lot of the previous questions. She decided to give it a brief description of her appearance. “Alright then, My hair is brown, and pretty short except for the back. I have two different colored eyes one green, one blue. I wear this outfit usually, it’s my Gunner Dressphere.”
I-interesting...Which world is your home, kupo?
“I come from a world called Spira. However, my actual home is the Islands on Besaid, where I grew up.” She looked up, thinking. “It’s a very small town, compared to a lot of the others in Spira.”
I see... That's an interesting looking weapon, kupo. What do you call it, kupo?
“Hm? These?” Yuna took both of her gun’s out of their holsters, then showed them to the Moogle. “They aren’t anything particularly special. They’re called Tiny Bee if I’m not mistaken.” she said, then placed them back in her holsters. “I suppose a lot of people would only use one gun, but I personally find it easier to use two.”
Cool! Do you know any attacks, kupo?
Yuna laughed lightly. “I do, but how I fight seems to be a little odd compared to most people.”

That's not bad, kupo..! Can you tell me anything about your past, kupo?
Yuna’s smile faded a bit, being asked about her past. That was something she didn’t really enjoy thinking to much about. She was grateful for who it made her.. but the things that happened, Well…
She sighed, knowing that it was rude not to answer. “I have to warn you, my past isn’t a very happy one. But it did make me who I am.”
“I was born in one of the bigger cities of Spira, Bevelle. My mother died not long after I was born, so, I don’t remember her. I lived with my Father, until he became a Summoner when I was seven. I didn’t really understand what that meant at the time.” She watched the Moogle for any signs of not understanding thus far. Not that she had said anything too unusual.
“Spira used to have a monster, Sin, that would destroy everything in it’s path…cities, homes, lives…
Sin could only be stopped by a Summoner: Someone who journeyed to each temple in Spira and prayed to the Fayth that resided there. If the Fayth answered the Summoner’s prayers, they would receive an Aeon, some sort of creature to aid in battles, and most of all the battle against Sin.” Yuna paused again, to make sure she wasn’t explaining this horribly… It had been a long time since she had had too…. Not since she had first met- Yuna shook her head lightly.
“In the end, the Summoner with the strongest will could defeat Sin, however, by sacrificing themselves to the final Aeon.”
“I lost my father after He had defeated Sin. A Ronso named Kimhari came and got me from Bevelle and brought me to Besaid, as my Father had wished. I grew up there, and never really left from when I was seven on.”
“Sin was a monster that always came back. The time period in between it’s defeat, and when it would resurface again was called the Calm.”
“I had decided early on that I wanted to become a Summoner like my Father was, but I never really told anyone until Sin had returned ten years later.”
“I lived in the Temple on Besaid Islands, so, naturally that was where I prayed, and obtained my first Aeon from the Fayth. The day after I started out on my pilgrimage to defeat sin and bring the calm again.”
Yuna sighed. She didn’t realize just how much this whole “explaining her past” thing would actually take to explain, she could try to simplify it, but that really wasn’t in her nature.
“That pilgrimage was defiantly the most difficult thing I’ve ever done, and I couldn’t have made it through without the help of my friends. As a group, we made it to all of the temples in Spira, something most summoners who try cannot do… But along the way… we learned that everything wasn’t quite as it seemed… Well, really nothing was as it seemed. The entire system of Sin, and the Summoners, and of Yevon just seemed to turn out to all be a lie… She sighed again, shaking her head.
“In the past, the goal of a Summoner was to retrive the Final Aeon from Yunalesca. But in the end, we fought her. We weren’t going to continue the cycle of death that had been each summoners fate before me. So, we defeated Yunalesca. Without her, there was no Final Aeon. We then figured out how to defeat sin on our own, using the people of Spira to sing the Hymn of the Faith, and our own will power. We defeated Sin, and Yu Yevon so Sin would no longer return.”
“ Everything was going to be fine, we saved so many lives of the people of Spira ending the cycle…. However, it seems that every victory comes with some sort of sacrifice.
One of my guardians throughout my journey, as weird as it sounds, turned out to be a dream… and he faded away.” Yuna slighed, looking down at the ground, remembering how she had felt when this had happened.
“Everyone in Spira was so grateful. They congratulated me on defeating Sin for good… and life went on for a few years.”
“Things changed again when I saw a sphere of him… I, along with everyone else, had assumed he was gone. So naturally, I wanted to figure out more about it and see if what I saw could really be true. I became a sphere hunter. I joined up with my cousin Rikku, and our friend Paine, Brother, Buddy and Shinra. We call ourselves the Gullwings.”
“That sphere had basically changed everything for me. What started out as a simple hope that I had had turned into another pretty big journey. The man I had seen in that Sphere wasn’t who I thought, but a man named Shuyin, who looked very similar to him.
Shuyin planned to destroy Spira to avenge he and a woman named Lenne’s death using a giant weapon called Vegnagun.”
“That was a long and pretty confusing journey… but in the end, everything turned out alright. Everyone pulled together: the Gullwings, our rivals the Leblanc Syndicate, the leaders of both the Youth League and New Yevon. We defeated Vegnagun, and I brought Shuyin and Lenne back together. They had been separated for a 1,000 years and finally were allowed to rest and fade away.” A smile returned to Yuna’s face. It was much nicer to think about accomplishments instead of losses.
“On our way home, we decided to stop by the Zanarkand Ruins. I wanted to go there before heading home again.” Yuna looked off into the distance, but had a smile on her face still.
“It just seemed like the place I needed to go visit again before returning home. And Luckily I did… Because who I had been looking for all along, was standing just outside the ruins, waiting for me.”
“We think he returned because the fayth pieced him back together… but there isn’t a way to get a defiant answer.” Yuna bounced slightly, turning her full attention back to the moogle. “Not that that really matters anyways. I’m done with sticking my nose into things I don’t understand. He’s back, and that is all I really care about!”
Hmm... well, could you tell me what kind of person you are, kupo?
“What kind of… person I am?” she repeated quietly, honestly thinking about it. That wasn’t something she was asked everyday.
I guess you could say I’m a very determined, and rather patient person. It isn’t very easy to make me angry.” She smiled, crossing her arms and looking off into the sky. “I tend to get along with everyone I meet and I’m a very loyal friend.” She paused again. It was hard describing herself.
“ I really enjoy exploring and having fun as well… From all the tragedy and sadness in my life, it’s really nice to have a change.”
“Is that a good enough description?” She asked, unsure of what else she should really say.
...Oh, kupo... Then... what side do you fight for, kupo?[/color][/b]
“What… side?” She wasn’t aware that she was even on a side.
“I fight for whatever side harms the least amount of innocent people… I don’t want to see anymore innocent deaths…”
I don't mean to seem like I'm prying, but what dreams and aspirations do you have, kupo?
Yuna smiled a bit shyly, looking at the ground. Dreams and aspirations? There had only really been one throughout the last few years. Though, she didn’t want to admit that to the curious Moogle.
“Mine are simple. To live my life to its fullest, and have as much fun as possible with my friends…. Yuna significantly quieter. And the person I love.”
Ah, that makes sense, kupo... sorta... well, what do you like, kupo?
“I like to spend time with the people I care about.” She shrugged. “Tidus, Rikku, Paine, Lulu, Wakka, Kimhari, Brother, I like Besaid, its nice to be home sometimes.… I don’t really need much aside from that!”
Me too! Then, what do you dislike, kupo?
Dislikes? Those where even harder to come up with…
“I don’t dislike a lot of things to be honest. The biggest would be battles, in which you have to lose to win. I have been in far to many of those….” She stood there and thought about it for a minute.
“I suppose I also dislike people who are dishonest to others when they really shouldn’t be. Also people who are extremely selfish I’m not particularly fond of.”
I'll remember that... what's your weakness, kupo?
Again, Yuna had to stand there and think hard about the answer to this.
“I honestly can’t say that I have a weakness other then myself and what I am capable of. There isn’t some secret weak point that would just take me down. But I do know what I am personally capable of.”
N-not that I'd ever attempt to use that against you or anything, kupo...! Er... next question! W-what is your strength, kupo?
Yuna stood rather confidently before answering this question, this was an easy one.
“The way I was raised gives me the inner strength that I have. My beliefs give me strength, as well as the friends I have and the people who believe in me. I don’t want to disappoint them.”
I never would have guessed, kupo! So, tell me, kupo.. What's the secret password, kupo?
